Advocacy. Support. Education.
The Circle of 100 was created by a group of compassionate, philanthropic individuals with a shared sense of commitment who came together to ensure that the Women’s Center of Jacksonville (WCJ) had the unrestricted resources needed to care for women in need in NE Florida.
Like other non-profits, the WCJ depends on local, state, and federal grants to support our many services. These grants can be restrictive, which is why we love our Circle of 100!
Through the generosity of at least 100 individuals giving $1,000 annually, The Circle of 100 lowers the WCJ’s dependence on outside grants, and gives flexibility in responding to emerging needs in our community.
By joining the Circle of 100, you will help make it possible for all women and sexual assault survivors of all genders to begin healing in a safe and supportive environment.
Membership begins on the date of first payment. Members who make their payments annually will remain current for one year. Members who make their payments monthly will remain current until one month after their last payment.
As a Circle member, you will be invited to join us at our exclusive annual Champagne & Chocolates celebration and you will receive our quarterly “Circling Back” newsletters and an invitation to a quarterly lunch-and-learn with the executive director and board president. More importantly, Circle members will experience:
