GAINS provides reactive strategies for staff in gyms and fitness enviroments so that they will be able to spot harmful, predatory or inapporpriate behavior, but also so that they will be better equipped to assist members when they see it happening.

This speacilized training seeks to create an environment where all are welcome and safe when getting physically active.

Staff will be better placed to help and share appropriate resources, if necessary. After the training, we hope staff is able to recognize concerning or predatory behaviors and intervene before the conduct escalates.

All GAINS training is free of charge, available in-person or virtually, and available throughout Duval, Nassau and Baker Counties. It lasts about one hour.
